"An opportunity to take the field and face the challenge with her and just have a bit of fun in that regard, kind of motivated me," said Healy.

She reached fifty in 35 deliveries - her fastest at the World Cup - and her hundred in 84 as she flogged anything short, scoring 21 fours and three maximums.

By the time she was dismissed Australia needed 66 additional runs at run per delivery - an achievable target now needing a comfortable finish.

"To chase 330 is uncharted waters so I'm pleased we have the belief to accomplish that now," continued Healy.

"Hopefully we don't have to do it another time but, should it happen, we know we can do it."

These statements will be the ultimate thing competing nations at this World Cup need to hear.

Over the past five days a belief they will triumph from any situation has grown stronger - this triumph coming after victory over Pakistan by 107 run margin despite struggling at 76-7 at a certain moment.
